1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jil6," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of jil6.org, a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform serving the Philippines.
• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jil6 platform.
• "Account" means a registered user account on jil6.org.
• "Platform" means the jil6 website (jil6.org), including all games, features, tools, and services available thereon.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a User's jil6 wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by jil6, which are subject to separate wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn directly.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees jil6's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before withdrawal processing, in compliance with Philippine AML regulations.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to use jil6, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines, or in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of jil6 or its affiliated game providers;
• You have not previously had a jil6 account suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms;
• You are not listed on any PAGCOR self-exclusion register or equivalent national problem gambling exclusion list;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

jil6 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend access to users who do not meet eligibility requirements, without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on jil6, you must register a free account using a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user is entitled to hold one (1) jil6 account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, or identified via device fingerprinting or IP analysis — are prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances (including winnings) associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, jil6 requires completion of KYC identity verification. Acceptable documents include UMID, driver's license, Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Voter's ID. Document review typically takes up to 24 hours on business days. jil6 may request additional documentation for large transactions or where identity cannot be confirmed from initial submission.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jil6 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify jil6 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jil6 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Deposits made via e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya) are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your jil6 wallet.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) successful KYC verification; (b) no active bonus wagering requirements on the account balance; and (c) the account not being under review for suspected fraudulent activity. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day if submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

jil6 is obligated to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR AML guidelines. Unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence, which can result in temporary holds on withdrawals pending additional documentation. jil6 is required by law to report certain transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jil6 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements (the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested);
• Game restrictions (certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or be excluded entirely);
• Minimum deposit thresholds to qualify for a bonus;
• Time limits within which the wagering requirement must be satisfied;
• Maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.

jil6 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits designed to exploit bonus terms, or use of automated betting systems — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and any derived winnings.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on jil6 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category (slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, keno, etc.). In the event of a technical fault or system error that causes a game to malfunction:

• jil6 reserves the right to void all bets affected by the malfunction;
• Wagers will be refunded to the user's account;
• jil6 is not liable for any winnings that would have been earned but for the malfunction.

For sports betting, jil6 reserves the right to void markets where: (a) the event has been abandoned or rescheduled; (b) the outcome has been materially affected by events outside normal competition parameters; or (c) pricing errors have occurred due to data feed failures. Palpable pricing errors in any product — where odds are clearly incorrect relative to the fair market — may be voided at jil6's discretion.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jil6 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in match-fixing, integrity violations, or any attempt to manipulate sporting events on which bets are placed;
• Using the platform to launder money or finance illegal activities;
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the one-account policy;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC processes;
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or the jil6 backend systems without authorization;
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after receiving gaming services.

8. Responsible Gaming

jil6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following tools are available to all registered jil6 users via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session expiry after a specified period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 90 days);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with a minimum exclusion period of 6 months — after which reinstatement requires a formal request and a cooling-off review.

jil6 enforces the 21+ age requirement through registration controls and KYC verification. Any user found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed. jil6 may also refuse service or close accounts where there is evidence of problem gambling behavior, in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jil6 platform — including but not limited to the jil6 name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of jil6 or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of jil6 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil6's total liability to any user arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by the user in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

jil6 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill;
• Losses caused by third-party payment provider failures, delays, or outages;
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access that is not attributable to jil6's negligence;
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or cyber attacks.

Nothing in these Terms limits jil6's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy

jil6 collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on jil6, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jil6's data handling practices comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by the appropriate Philippine courts, or by PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, users are required to contact jil6 support to attempt informal resolution. jil6 commits to providing a formal response to all substantive complaints within 5 business days.

13. Amendments

jil6 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via SMS notification to the registered mobile number or via a prominent notice on the jil6 platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of jil6 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
